At Bestway, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are still attached to the clothing.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
